Job description

PRECCS Colombia is a company that its main core business is the acquisition and servicing of distressed assets with experience in Latin America and The Caribbean. As part of its startegy.PRECCS provides professional services such as:

Portfolio Pricing, Transaction Closing, Operational Set up and Onboarding, Portfolio Oriented Primary and Master Servicing

Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to)

· Provide administrative support to include telephone coverage, managing schedules/calendars, and meeting set-up.

· Coordinate travel and logistics, including expense reports

· Dealing with internal and external stakeholders in order to comply with the specified timelines

· Fulfilling the function of Liaison Unit amongst different Operational and Business Units/Departments in order to consolidate the relevant Operational and Performance information.

· Develop and deliver monthly reports on key performance and business metrics

· Coordinate and participate in the preparation reports and presentations needed for various leadership meetings

· Participate and/or oversee special projects from initiation through completion and resolve various issues as they arise.

· Attend meetings and take notes as requested; provide ongoing updates and status reports.

· Develop presentations and reports to Senior Management covering a variety of strategic and operational topics.

· Edit and improve Executive documents, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity

· Consistently demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and judgment and problem resolution skills

· Knowledge of Banking / Financial industry is considered a strong asset.

· Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project’s goal.

· Assign tasks to team members.

· Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.

· Communicate clear instructions to team members.

· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.

· Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.

Must Speak and write English! FLUENT ENGLISH
