The Support Heroes: We offer outsourcing customer support services for Shopify Apps developers, and we are currently looking for Support Heroes to join our team.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be centered on demonstrating a commitment to app developers by making their customer support (Email and Chat) service as smooth and pleasant as possible to their merchants. You should demonstrate a solid commitment to your tasks, maintain professionalism, and exhibit a positive attitude. Customer Support Representative to work 40 hours per week, serving our app developers in both the ticketing and the construction of value to the Shopify ecosystem.
We are offering a week schedule when you work for 4 days of the week and rest the remaining 3 days.
Location: Working from home.
- Major Responsibilities:
- Answering email and chat support tickets: Handling general questions, technical details regarding an app based on our training, handling complaints, managing refunds, and negative reviews when applicable.
- Create Articles or documentation for the apps when required.
- Assist with training activities when onboarding new team members.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English at least 80%, excellent writing skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic HTML and CSS basic knowledge are preferred but not required
- A computer and a good internet connection are required.
- Experience in customer service is not required, but a plus.
- Experience in Shopify is not required, but a plus.
- Strong desire to learn.
