The Role

This isn’t just another media buying role. You’ll manage 40-60 Facebook ad accounts, but what makes this role different is the balance of data-driven optimization and creative strategy. We’re looking for someone with a passion for both, who is laser-focused on what creatives work and how to continuously refine and improve them.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, giving feedback and ideas to ensure the right assets are produced for each campaign. You’ll also work with our client success managers to help clients provide fresh, relevant content that makes the campaigns even stronger.

This role isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it position. You’ll need to communicate with the team daily, sharing updates, providing feedback, and joining Zoom huddles to strategize. We want someone who thinks like a marketer, not just a media buyer. Every day, you’ll use both data and creative insights to push for even better results.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Facebook Ads experience (no exceptions).
• Bonus for experience with Google Ads, YouTube, or other paid platforms.
• Proven ability to handle 50+ ad accounts simultaneously and effectively.
• Fitness industry experience is a huge plus!
• A keen eye for creative details and the ability to pinpoint what works and what doesn’t.
• Obsessed with improving results — someone who loves tweaking campaigns for better performance.
• Organized and methodical with a passion for hitting deadlines and perfecting processes.
• 100% focused on Go Pancham. No side gigs or distractions — we want someone dedicated to growing with us.
• Comfortable working during US hours (8am-5pm EST) and ready to commit fully.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multicultural team spread across different regions.

Tech & Tools Requirements

• Fast, reliable internet (minimum 50mbps) with a backup.
• A reliable computer/laptop with at least 16GB RAM.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — daily collaboration is key.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 40-60 Facebook ad accounts, ensuring daily performance improvements.
• Provide feedback and direction to our creative team to ensure the best assets are created for your campaigns.
• Collaborate with client success managers to ensure clients provide fresh, engaging content.
• Engage in daily communication, including team meetings, Zoom huddles, and strategy sessions.
• Stay on top of the latest trends in Facebook ads and the paid advertising landscape.
• Use both data and creative strategy to consistently optimize and improve campaigns.
