We are looking for a highly dedicated individual to join our team as an Amazon PPC Strategist. Your role will involve managing and running Amazon PPC campaigns to optimize sales. You will also be responsible for keyword research, daily optimization, account management, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Amazon PPC Campaigns: Take ownership of creating, launching, and managing Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing for maximum performance.
- Amazon Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' click-through conversion rates, increasing profitability and brand performance.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research for new product launches, identifying high-potential keywords to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly reports, developing actionable strategies. Present PPC campaign performance through visually engaging graphs and tables in Excel.
- Budget Optimization: Monitor PPC spending and budgets closely, making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Use advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets to optimize bidding strategies, extract valuable keywords, and create comprehensive performance reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek to enhance client performance by identifying underperforming areas and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, brand managers, PPC managers, and brand performance directors, to meet client goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations through clear, transparent communication via Slack and video calls, and coordinate non-PPC efforts like brand management requests.
- Enhancing User Experience: Use data-driven insights to improve overall user experience for customers.
- Exemplary Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional results to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Amazon PPC management with a track record of successfully managing multiple brands.
- Excel Mastery: Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and optimization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex challenges in PPC campaigns.
- Resourcefulness: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a resourceful mindset.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) for effective communication.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $1700 - $3500 USD per month
- Semi-flexible work hours
- Remote work year-round
- 25 PTOs per year

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote position with an immediate start date.
- Mandatory working hours are from 6 am to 11 am PST, with 3 additional flexible hours.
- You will need a quiet workspace, fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership over your projects.
