Pay: $5 USD/hour (weekly payments via Payoneer)
care.coach is hiring bilingual Health Advocates to provide companionship and support to older adults and individuals who may experience loneliness, cognitive challenges, or other health-related conditions.
As a Health Advocate, you will interact with clients through a virtual dog, cat or bubble avatar, engaging in friendly conversations, sharing stories, playing games, and delivering reminders through our platform.
What You'll Do
- Chat with clients in English and Spanish through our platform with AI support.
- Role-play as a friendly dog, cat or bubble companion.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Deliver reminders and educational messages when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate notes and information within our system.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a long-term schedule (6+ months).
- Government-issued photo ID required.
Schedule
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
We operate 24/7, and schedules are assigned based on business needs and client demand. While we consider availability preferences whenever possible, we cannot guarantee specific days, hours, or shift times.
Available schedules and shift openings will be presented only after candidates successfully complete the hiring process, including training requirements and evaluations prior to live client interactions. Shift assignments are based on current staffing needs at that time.
