Role:
Customer Care Associate
Job Purpose:
The role is to cater to all requests from customers and their respective
Sales Representatives to deliver a great customer experience.
By 6 months
You have mastered the tools and processes at Cesium. As well as understood our NetSuite System to complete your tasks based on customer requests. Also, you are now working cohesively with your 3 sales representative that were assigned to you.
· Replying to daily email with a 2-hour time frame
· Feedback from your assigned rep and colleagues regarding your progress
By 12 months
You have excelled at on the 6-month expectations. You have cross trained on other accounts and have trained your team-mates on your own accounts. You have been able to assess the task at hand and have been able to think out of the box to bring more efficient processes to the table. You have proficiently understood the A/R of your accounts and have worked to keep your accounts under 30 days by working with A/P

TOP 5 Responsibilities
1. Answering all requests from customers and your assigned sales representative
2. Answering questions on the webchat
3. Answering phone calls and able to adhere to customer’s requests
4. Understanding the A/R process of your accounts
5. Making sure month ends accruals are tabulated & accounted for before closure of the month

3. Great email organizational skills and is detail oriented
