Role: Project Manager (Software Development)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address any issues that arise.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Implement and uphold project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
