Job Description:

Are you a competitive, high-energy sales representative? Do you have experience in performing consultations for a service-based firm?

Rosenblum Law, a fast-expanding general practice law firm serving multiple states, is looking for a dedicated and hard-working legal sale consultant. This role involves managing a high volume of consultations with prospective clients. New client consultations are the lifeblood of our business; we will only hire hungry, highly-motivated people.

Work-life balance is a very important part of our firm ethos; our employees are expected to work hard during business hours but are also given a fixed and manageable 40- to 45- hour per week schedule to recharge our batteries during off-hours.

Flexible scheduling including, but not limited to, a 4-day work week is available to highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with a high volume of prospective clients
• Meet monthly benchmarks for consultations and overall client acquisitions
• Assist with inbound calls and route them appropriately

Requirements:

• Must have lived in the US for more than 3 months
• Speaks and write fluent English & Spanish
• Passion for working in the legal space (legal background preferred)
• Excellent work ethic and operate in a high-paced work environment
• Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people / outgoing personality
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
