ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…

The Billing Associates is a professional responsible for managing, processing, controlling and supporting billing aspects of Data Centers across the globe. This role is responsible for guaranteeing our billing documents get accounted by our customers and thus ensure our financial objectives as a business are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Prepares, generates, prints, records and mails customer bills for monthly services, using an automated high volume billing system.
• Ensures that the automated billing system is operated and maintained in a manner that efficiently produces accurate bills.
• Prepares daily, monthly and other periodic billing summary reports and financial statements.
• Maintains, monitors and analyzes account records.
• Ensures commercial requests that impact billing is managed in a timely manner.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

• Requires general knowledge in your own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English
• Solves complex problems and communicates possible solutions.
• Works in teams looking to achieve a common goal.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
