In office position - Barrio Chico Norte.

We are looking for a Salesforce and JIRA Administrator to join our team and help us optimize our business processes and workflows. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and administering both our Salesforce and JIRA platforms, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.


  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and profiles in Salesforce and JIRA
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and more
  • Integrate Salesforce with JIRA and other external systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs in Salesforce and JIRA
  • Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on Salesforce and JIRA features and best practices
  • Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and policies
  • Stay updated on Salesforce and JIRA releases, enhancements, and new features


  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce and JIRA administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
  • JIRA Administrator certification (preferred)
  • Proficient in Salesforce and JIRA administration, configuration, and customization
  • Familiar with Salesforce and JIRA APIs, webhooks, and connectors
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
