Job Title: Medical Case Manager / Lien Case Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Case Manager / Lien Case Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between attorneys, injured patients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities, ensuring cases progress efficiently from treatment through resolution.

This is not a clinical or nursing role. Instead, it is best suited for someone who excels in case coordination, communication, and follow-up, with the ability to understand medical documentation and manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a high volume of active personal injury cases
• Act as the primary liaison between:
• Personal Injury Attorneys
• Patients
• Healthcare Providers and Clinics
• Track treatment progress and ensure timely completion of medical care
• Request, obtain, and review medical records and documentation
• Maintain consistent follow-up with all parties to move cases forward
• Document all case activities accurately in CRM/case management systems
• Identify delays or issues and proactively escalate when needed
• Summarize medical information and treatment timelines for case tracking
• Ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the case lifecycle

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong phone presence and professional interaction skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow up persistently and consistently
• Experience reading and understanding medical records or reports
• Proficiency with:
• CRM or case management systems
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

• Personal Injury law firm or legal case management experience
• Litigation support or legal assistant background
• Medical records coordination or retrieval
• Workers’ compensation or injury claims coordination
• Experience handling:
• Motor vehicle accident cases
• Medical liens
• Settlement-related documentation
• Attorney and provider coordination
