At work I have learned to further develop my communication and problem-solving skills, as well as qualities of tolerance and active listening, it is a very enriching work environment on a personal and professional level.
A typical day at work was good, the people and their personality were fine, sometimes there was a stressful enviroment due to issues in the system or sometimes it was just due to a special day, otherwise most of the days they tried to keep a relax condition inside with different activities outside.
It's a really nice environment is really fun and the training is payed. However, the job in general is a really hard one. There are a lot of angry people that call you and the take there anger on you. So if you don't take anything personal it's a good job for you.

very bad managment, they pretend to have humans to pick up calls but your training pretty much is to became a robot that just follow an scrip and if you don't comply and show some kind of humanity with customers yopu are very much punish.
I work with them in two different campaigns, both customer service, management is very good they have very strong company values that make very clear to every agent, work conditions are very comfortable in my opinion is a great place to work.
