If you like pain, this is for you
While the salary was a bit above what you could expect in the market, the level of stress and abuse you endure both by customers and management is awful. The training is the best part because they don't lie to you and tell you what to expect. But that is not enough. From then on, you will be controlled like a slave, you will be watched like a criminal, you will be mistreated like you are less than a human being. And I'm just talking about the company, the customers are a whole different thing. So if you're into being trampled on, suffering and pain for a meagre salary, this is your dream job.

This was a temporary job long time ago, people were nice and productive. This was a job overseas in Bogota, Colombia.
They give you two 15 minute break and lunch hour.

A day in Teleperformance is like you need to go in the correct time according to the scheduled and you need to answer the calls in a happy way because is costumer service.
I´m learned a lot about costumer service and also how to manage a upset costumer.

Company was really efficient with payments and the management of everybody in the company.

Good people, the kind of people that you talk all day.

When call you a angry costumer.

When the costumer goes happy and you know that you did a good job.
