They have to improve the recruitment by connections and choose the best qualified people and must be treat every body fairly with wither locals or expats , I'm talking about G4S at Baghdad International Airport.
The day was full of work, you don't have even time to go for the washroom, every one says that this is not his work and seniors is supportive but they will not do their own job. No management of time and work. But I learnt lot of there.
G4S used to be a good employer but the last 5 years the company had decreased in their reputations and performances. I heard a lot of good thing about G4S but everyone with an accurate information will talk in the past not in the present because G4S is not the same company anymore
This company's goals changed by the day. Lack of experience in some senior roles and a 'do as I say attitude' created a chaotic and confusing work environment. Too many meetings and manual trackings did not allow true support to be given to the the field personnel. The company is extremely cheap paying it's armed guards less than what they could earn at a fast food restaurant. My one true regret in life was ever working for this dysfunctional hot mess.
G4S was a great place to start my career as it is a large well established company with clear policies and procedures in place. People are lovely and hard working and always happy to help. Went through a difficult period with many redundancies which led to low morale and many feeling a lack of job security. May have been resolved now.
The good things Perception in the market place shows G4S India looks great and image and innovation but back in their own back yard a lot of issues, mostly due to irresponsible and non accountable management and leaders. The challenges Management to listen to there staff /clients or change and get in new blood, Mangers that lead and show direction with involvement and keeping in touch with there staff and clients.

Pathetic management full of illiterate employees and overrated employees. Work culture at certain parts of the company is worse esp. Mumbai. Politics is apparently the most important things cooked in the company than the buiness
salary is provided on time
Working for G4S can be incredibly rewarding and interesting. The people you work with are all unique, and you often find your days flying by. Upper management is not typically involved with daily activities, and it's easy to advance should you be willing to relocate.
Great health benefits
Fast pace work environment with great opportunity to learn and grow as an individual. With great leadership makes task more of a learning experience then frustrating duty. Best part of the day is working with a team that gets along.
It can get hectic when there are deadlines to be met, but the support between departments make s it worth while
Attending to employee queries and capturing data on VIP Attention to detail Liasing with customer services managers to deal with tackle HR issues. Explaining reason for pay queries not paid to officers Meeting deadlines. Counselling aggrevied officers and reaching an agreement without involving the department of labour
A horrible company to work for. A culture of "mobbing", labor harrasment. Unfair labor practices and mistreatment to employees, no loyalty at all. They have more complaints at the departments of Labor and lawsuits than the KKK. My sincere and honest advise, rule it out as a prospective employeer.
