No room for advancement. Manager lack training in performing their duties. Employees are just warm bodies filling a post. They promise 40 hour but now they are changing all sites to 32 hours. They lie about pay on site on the initial hiring and they place people on low paying sites. They have very high turnover rate because they don't treat their employees with respect. Until they change management I believe people should stay away from this place.

Employee need to be getting adequate salary to support themselves and family. Salary is poor. Management need to be more supportive of their employee.

Always changing. lack of hours, no overtime, high turnover. learned when opportunity was available. The culture was open, the hard part was keeping up with high turnover. I enjoyed working with the Co. I was placed at and it was a nice laid back environment.

G4S has taken on huge contracts and are too understaffed to fill all of the posts. Staff are left to stay for 16+ hours to fill open posts and if they leave they risk being fired. The job is easy to do but the hours are insane. The work/life balance is virtually non existent as you only get one week of PTO after you have worked for the company for a year. The problem is, most of the officers do not make it to a year.

According to me, i don't see a productive to be linked to workplace with ping pong table. Work doesn't related to distraction. When it's comes to working time, we got to be focus, a good mind set to accomplish our goals. I don't mixed work and distraction.
