Lots to remember, but they do their best to help you out as much as possible. Training is pretty boring, but if you commit yourself to listening closely and taking notes, you should be okay.

Buenas prestaciones (obra social, tarjeta de comida, 2 días de home office, computadora, gimnasio) pero particularmente me toco un trabajo súper de memoria, rutinario, estresante por las fechas de vencimiento y cantidad de trabajo. No daba lugar a pensar por uno mismo y tampoco fomentaba el desarrollo personal, ya que la empresa es tan grande que se hace una parte del trabajo muy particular. Algunas estructuras de trabajo me parecian sin sentido, como tener que escribir cada día cuando empezas y cuando terminas qué es lo que vas a hacer. Lo que más me gusto fue que me dio bastantes herramientas informáticas. Puede ser una buena opción para empezar a trabajar.

Positives include a culture geared toward twenty-somethings and thirty-somethings (movies, video games, foosball, etc). Otherwise, the benefits are very good. Negative - Project changes are difficult to navigate/stressful. Career track can be interrupted by a project ending.

Accenture, like other large consulting firms, requires you seek out projects and network for potential projects. Most often there is no briefing on the project nor expectations for your role on the project. Employee churn is high. Few appear to like their jobs.

Gran cantidad son empleados temporales, los sueldos están en los mínimos del mercado y los objetivos son ultra exigentes. Nula valoración del recurso humano. He aguantado un año y medio.

Sono uno sviluppatore, e dopo 5 anni in altre aziende vengo contattato da Accenture Spa per un lavoro come Sr. Analyst (una specie di sviluppatore senior) a Milano. Purtroppo mi sono subito accorto della poca qualità del lavoro svolto e soprattutto nell'assenza di figure di riferimento valide dal quale apprendere nuove skils. Dopo 3 anni in questa azienda posso dire che ho trovato dei colleghi fantastici che sono diventati amici. Tuttavia la qualità e la capacità tecnica delle persone all'interno è davvero deludente.Le promozioni.. ho voluto provare prima di ascoltare i vari pareri in rete, ma dipendono molto dal progetto sul quale si capita e soprattutto dalla necessità di una figurare di alto livello. In sostanza se c'è bisogno di una figura di livello più alto si ottiene la promozione anche dopo un anno, altrimenti si aspetta anche 3-4 anni. Lo scatto di RAL tra una promozione e l'altra è davvero ridicolo, parliamo di 2k l'anno di aumento.Altra cosa negativa è l'orario di lavoro. Nel primo anno l'orario classico 9-18 era quasi sempre rispettato, salvo rare esigenze di business. Mentre da qualche anno l'orario era diventato insopportabile, parliamo di 8-22 quasi tutti i giorno e spesso anche con reperibilità h24 pagata una miseria, considerando la criticità del progetto (circa 1€ LORDO l'ora).Quindi è sicuramente una buona palestra.. ma, bisogna usarla come tale, ovvero dopo 1-2 anni bisogna lasciarla, altrimenti affonderà le vostre competenze (che non cresceranno mai) e la vostra vita privata (che sparirà lentamente).

I joined as a Sr Mgr experienced hire and was very excited about the opportunity to move into consulting for the first time. Little to no guidance, not valued as an experienced hire except for how much clients appreciate your pedigree. Partners gaslighting, not nearly enough orientation and training, and either 16+ hour days or not staffed on project. Would totally recommend company and industry for recent college grads, but not for those with 10+ years experience without prior consulting company experience.

However, unless you have the fortune of working for a great Manager or have a Sponsor/Ambassador, it's challenging to move forward in this large organization. At times one can feel very anonymous as they go about their day (especially on the Operations side). Accenture, LLP is a highly matrixed organization. There will be opportunities for some, but others will not see those same opportunities.

Management care more about profit margin and quantity over quality than they do about making sure enough people are hired to do the job efficiently. High turnover rate, making the remaining employees having to pick up the slack. Prior to Accenture take over, the prior authorization department had 100s of employees and great supervisors who were very knowledgeable and supportive, prior authorization and incoming provider calls were 2 separate divisions, and we were given plenty of time (average of 20 minutes) to efficiently review each authorization and rarely had any QA issues. By 2020 there were a total of maybe 25 employees conducting prior authorizations. Each employee is given a maximum of 8 minutes to review anywhere from 3 to 100 pages of non-searchable documents per authorization and are expected to meet daily quota with zero mistakes, while also attending to incoming provider calls, daily meetings, and multiple emails and interruptions. Preceptors will even tell you this is an impossible feat but there is nothing they can do about it. Supervisors are nice, but give bad directions, and when their directions turn out to be wrong, they are not the ones who get the QA miss, you are, and, as management loves to tell you, every QA miss counts against your job security. Management and supervisors themselves are unable to do the job that they expect you to do. Advancement is achieved not by skill or knowledge, but by whether you are friends with management.

The HR function does not have any say or even a voice in most cases to address issues of oppression and unacceptable behaviour. The place is run by people who value tenure more than skills and competency. Managers get away with rude behaviour so long as they are on good terms with their higher-ups.

Managers do not have proper management skills. They use employee for a couple of months then forget it. Promoting employee for a short period of time and demote them for no reason. Promises been made that everything will be fine but at the end they just hurt the employee's feelings. The company cares only about their benefits and not for the employees. There are no backup plans if something goes wrong.From Mauritius.
