Muster is a marketing agency for home improvement and design companies in the US: remodelers, kitchen and bath companies, and interior designers. We run paid ads that bring in homeowners who are planning a project, and we help our clients turn those leads into booked consultations and signed jobs. We're a small, growing team, and this is a key role in it, not a seat in a call center.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates outside the US (Latin America is a great fit) who can work US Eastern hours.

You'll work on two sides of the business:

• For our clients: our ads bring in homeowners who are planning a project. You make sure those homeowners end up in a booked consultation.
• For Muster itself: you help our own sales by booking calls with business owners who are interested in working with us and supporting the sales process.

What you'll do

• Call and text new inbound leads within minutes of their inquiry
• Qualify them on project type, budget and timeline
• Book consultations directly into the calendar
• Confirm upcoming appointments so people actually show up
• Follow up with leads who went quiet
• Keep clean notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Work across several client brands, each with its own script and phone line
• Book sales calls for Muster and help move prospects through our pipeline
• When needed, make outbound calls to a selected list of prospects

A public-facing role

This is a visible position in the company. You'll have the chance to become one of the faces of Muster: recording short videos for client communication (personal video messages, follow-ups) and appearing in our ads.

Where this can lead

We want to grow people from inside the team. If you perform well as a setter, there's a clear path into sales and a closer role on Muster's own deals.

What we're looking for

• Native or near-native English that American homeowners understand easily
• At least 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting or sales for US-based companies
• You stay calm and friendly when you hear "no" and can handle objections without pressure
• You're organized and follow up consistently
• You have no problem talking on camera
• You want to grow in sales, not just make calls
• Quiet home workspace, stable internet, a good headset
• Spanish is a plus, not required

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week, working on US Eastern Time.Leads don't only come in from 9 to 5, and speed matters in this role. We need someone flexible who is ready to work evenings and weekends when needed. We'll set a schedule together based on when leads are most active.

Pay

• Total monthly pay: $1,000–2,000 USD
• This is made up of a $800–1,200 base, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses for appointments that show up and for new clients you help bring to Muster
• Pay review after 90 days. Moving into a closer role comes with commission on closed deals.
• A paid trial week before the full start
• Independent contractor, paid monthly via Wise or Payoneer
