Full-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Remote Colombia

About the Job

We are a U.S.-based commercial cleaning company looking for a full-time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact businesses in the United States.

Your main goal is to speak with business owners and managers, introduce our commercial cleaning services, qualify interested prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses in the United States
• Speak with business owners, office managers, and property managers
• Introduce our commercial cleaning services
• Qualify potential customers
• Handle objections and questions professionally
• Set qualified appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Keep accurate notes on calls and leads
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English
• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. businesses
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Quiet workspace and good-quality headset
• Available to work U.S. business hours

Experience selling commercial cleaning or other B2B services is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday.

You will be working during U.S. business hours.

Compensation

$5/hour + performance bonuses
