LICENSE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We are seeking a licensed virtual assistant located all-around Colombia who holds dual citizenship, United States/Colombia, to join our team. This remote role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus but not required. This position requires a motivated self-starter who is comfortable in a work-from-home environment.
Required Documentation:
- Colombian Valid Citizenship
- U.S. Valid Social Security (Not Expired)
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S Residency (Not Expired)
- U.S. Valid Passport or Driver’s License (Not Expired)
Qualifications:
- Person must be living in Colombia
- Four items from the required documentation
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills (Must be fluent in English and Spanish)
- Good with tech and have a solid internet connection and home setup.
- 2 years minimum in BPO or customer service (insurance experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with claims and administrative tasks
- Process policies, renewals, and endorsements
- Manage client communications and insurance inquiries
- Use CRM and agency systems to streamline workflows
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain client records
