About the Role
Way Above is looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional to represent the company in face-to-face meetings with clients across the United States. This person will be a key driver of new business, building relationships and closing deals in person while based remotely in Colombia between trips.

What You'll Do

• Travel regularly to the United States to meet with clients and prospects in person
• Represent Way Above professionally in high-stakes sales conversations
• Close deals and negotiate agreements directly with healthcare clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Communicate confidently on both sales and healthcare/medical-field topics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after deals close

Requirements

• Native-level English (spoken and written) required
• Active U.S. visa required — must be able to travel to the U.S. regularly
• Based in Colombia
• Strong sales background, with proven ability to close deals
• Working knowledge of the healthcare/medical field
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable traveling frequently and representing the company independently
• All travel expenses related to U.S. client visits (flights, lodging, and related costs) are covered by the company.
