We are seeking to fill multiple positions for this role.

Requirements:

-Must speak, understand, read, and write both English and Spanish (and, if applicable, a 3rd language) at a professional level.

-Knowledge of medical terminology in both English and Spanish (and, if applicable, a 3rd language)/ or complete english test provided by company or other parties.

-Highly preferred to have 1 year of experience in medical interpreting or customer service interpreting (include any additional interpreting experience)

-Interpreter Training

-High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

-Note-taking skills and attention to detail required.

-availability for flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

-Interpret for medical appointments with an English-speaking medical provider and a Spanish speaking patient (and/or a third language, if applicable).

-Interpret non-medical appointments.

-Follow interpreter protocol to maintain professionalism and interpreter transparency.

-Follow applicable laws and regulations (including HIPAA) to maintain the privacy and security of all parties.

-Complete all trainings provided by company or other parties

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)/ Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Interpreting (spoken): 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Spanish (Required)
