¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Brindar atención excepcional al 100% de los registros (llamadas, chats, redes sociales, videoconferencias, etc.), garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar requerimientos, proporcionando soluciones e información siguiendo los protocolos de campaña.
- Registrar y reportar información de clientes en tiempo real, de acuerdo con las pautas y sistemas establecidos.
Lo que ofrecemos:
- Salario competitivo: $4'000.000
- Subsidio de conectividad ($200.000 x mes)
- Contrato a término indefinido.
