Empleos de Cafe internet, medio tiempo

About the role

We are looking for active Reddit users to join our team as part-time, task-based Reddit Community Contributors.

This is a good fit for someone who already spends time on Reddit, understands how different communities work, and enjoys participating in discussions.

You do not need to be a professional marketer or content writer. We’re primarily looking for people who already have genuine Reddit experience and can navigate the platform naturally and responsibly.

What you’ll do

Depending on the project, tasks may include:

• Publish approved posts and comments on industry-relevant subreddits from the content we supply
• Reply to follow-up comments in a helpful, respectful, human way, using our guidelines and prompts
• Flag subreddit rule changes, mod feedback, or removed posts to our team
• Report each task in a shared tracker

You will not be expected to create marketing content from scratch. Our team will provide the content, information, and general instructions needed for each assignment, along with each community’s rules and our guidelines on how to follow them, including any disclosure requirements.

What we’re looking for

We’re especially interested in people who:

• Are active Reddit users
• Have an established Reddit account, ideally 2+ years
• Have meaningful karma and a genuine history of participation
• Regularly post or comment on Reddit
• Understand Reddit culture and subreddit-specific rules
• Have strong written English
• Can recognize when content is appropriate for a particular community
• Are reliable and able to complete tasks on time

Experience participating in communities related to law, healthcare, business, marketing, or other professional topics is a plus.

Availability

This is a remote, task-based position rather than a fixed full-time schedule. You do not need to be online at specific hours every day, but you should generally be available during at least part of the morning or afternoon Central Time (CT) when assignments require posting or responding.

Compensation

Paid per task, typically $2 to $5+ per task depending on the type and scope of the assignment (for example, comments and posts are paid at different rates). Quality bonuses are available for work that follows our guidelines and stays live.

To apply

Send your application through this platform and we’ll contact you with a link to a short application form to complete the next step.

Please make sure the Reddit account you provide is your own established account and represents your normal Reddit activity.

We’re particularly interested in people who genuinely enjoy Reddit and understand how to participate in different communities appropriately.
