About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving campaign results, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and collaborate with internal teams across SEO, PPC, creative, and automation.
You’ll support clients in understanding results, developing strategy, and maximizing the impact of their digital marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and training after sales handoff
- Provide day-to-day support and updates to clients
- Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot performance issues with internal teams
- Deliver monthly campaign performance reports and host review calls
- Track client milestones and identify ways to recognize key dates
- Suggest upsell opportunities and retention strategies
- Maintain clear communication and fast response times
- Stay organized using platforms like Slack, Asana, ClickUp, and CRM tools
- Research and implement improvements to client experience and outcomes
- Support internal communication and help maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- At least 2 years in Customer Success or Client Experience roles
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, assertive, and reliable with strong follow-through
- Ability to self-manage time and work independently in a remote environment
- Emotionally intelligent and able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
- Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
- Able to join daily Zoom meetings and respond promptly during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA clients
- Experience managing CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Kolbe score with follow-through 6+ or similar personality profile
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hebrew) is a plus
