A multinational company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of medical equipment and devices is looking for an experienced commercial professional to strengthen its regional sales operations across Latin America.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other healthcare-related disciplines
• Experience with electronic medical equipment across LATAM markets
• Background managing and developing distributor networks within the medical devices industry
• Strong strategic partnership and client relationship skills
• Excellent negotiation and business development abilities
• Knowledge of patient monitoring systems, defibrillators, electrocardiographs, and electromyography equipment
• Solid understanding of the medical electronics market and its main industry stakeholders
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for the LATAM region (Andean, CEA & SoLa)
• Work closely with distributors to drive sales and market expansion of electronic medical devices
• Plan and conduct periodic business visits across assigned countries
• Provide continuous support and guidance to the distribution network
• Lead commercial activities and pricing negotiations with distributors
• Manage strategic negotiations for special projects and key business opportunities such as KTP
